Off Roadin' With Ranger

Ranger has a gator that we both like to ride.  When his is out of gas and needs to be charged we will sometimes use my Barbie ride on toy as a substitute.  I am hoping he gets the Dune Buggy he wants for his birthday so that we will always have something a little bigger to share and ride on. We spend a lot of time outside exploring the rough terrain of our back yard.  I love being outside!!

Hanging By The Pool

Our new house has a pool and we swim everyday several times a day.  My Mommy says she has not been the best about taking pictures but she finally got her camera out and took a few. I have a float we like to call the "Brenner Boat." I wasn't too crazy about it at first but now that I have had time to get used to it I like it. Next year I will be way too big for it and I am pretty sure I will be swimming anyway and not need any sort of float!! There is also a playpen outside that I am "contained" to when my Mommy needs both hands. It has been a great summer and our pool is a blast!!

Uncle "Keefe" & Keltan Come For a Visit

My Daddy's brother Keith and his son Keltan came and spent a weekend with us.  We had a great time swimming, playing, shooting guns (the boys did that), having water balloon fights. grilling out, etc. etc. I can't wait until they come again.  Even though I acted shy and was not being super friendly with my uncle I do love him.  He even saved me the night I was having trouble sleeping because our air conditioning unit was frozen up.  He not only fixed our AC but he comforted me when I was scared hot.  I hope they come again soon!!

She's Gone Country

We just recently moved to the country.  It is so different from the city and I have adjusted way better than my Mommy was thinking I was going to.  I love bugs, do not mind getting dirty, and love to be outside playing with just about anything I can get my hands on.  We spend a lot of time outside and I have the stained cloths to prove it.  I also can make anything into a cell phone.  My Mommy took some pics of me just after playing outside making a Mr. Potato Head hat into a cell phone.  I am so happy we are no longer city folks!!

Me Looking Pretty For Girls' Night Out

A few weeks ago my Mommy and I went out with some of her friends for a night out.  To be honest it wasn't much of a "night out" more like dinner out then back home. Even though it was a short night out we had fun. I was so happy to be able to join my Mommy and her friends.  I am sure my Mommy and I will be spending a lot of "Girls' Nights Out!"

Ranger Joins Me After Naptime

My brother Ranger is my hero.  One afternoon after we woke up from our naps I heard my Mommy in a panic looking for Ranger.  Little did she know that he had crawled into my crib to keep me company!!  She thought it was funny then but you tell she was a bit nervous by her voice.  Ranger also joins me sometimes to play while I am in my playpen.  We love to play "fort" where you make the covers into a tent and we hide underneath them from the rest of the world!!  My brother,my hero!!!

Strike a Pose

My Mommy gave me this cute little pink hat....I admit she had to help me get it on..but once I got it on I was posing like a super model.  I was smiling and putting on a show for my Mommy's camera.  I really dig hats!!

My First Trip to the Ocean

I got to go to the "lotion" (that is what Ranger calls it a.k.a. ocean) for the first time.  My Mommy says this was the happiest she has seen me ever.  I have to admit I was a little overstimulated but it was a blast!!  We went with Uncle KT, Aunt Dana, Hushy, Dout, and some more people from Uncle KT's family.  We stayed for a long weekend at Galveston Island.  We left super early on Thursday morning and spent our time in a condo right on the beach. We did a lot of swimming, napping, relaxing, snacking, walking, building sandcastles, feeding the sea gulls, and much, much more.  I just had the best time of my short, sweet life!!  I hope we get to go back next year!!!

Pictures Here, Pictures There, Pictures Everywhere

My Mommy is always snapping pictures of us. I just recently learned how to smile for the camera.  I know one day I am going to appreciate my Mommy being so annoying with her picture taking!!! These are some snap shots my Mommy likes of me!!

Old House and Old Patio and Sweet Neighbor

Before we moved we spent a lot of time on the patio at our old house!! I was not walking so most of my time on the patio was spent in a walker.  Ranger has this thing about using rope, string, lanyards, phone chargers, anything that can be used as a tie and imprisoning whatever he can...most of the time that means me!! Our previous neighbor, Nana Deb, helped my Mommy out several times when she was in a pinch. We are all going to miss our old house, patio, and sweet neighbor!!!
